Winter/SPRING Training Schedule

Please note that with the inclusion of TCSC’s new strength, speed and agility training program, practice sessions have gone from 1.5 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes.  Each class will begin with 15 minutes of stretch band warm-up, 75 minutes of intensive soccer training, and 45 minutes of strength, speed and agility training.
